Hello everybody, glad you could all make it. Hope everyone was able to find the location easily, and had no trouble getting here. .. Anyway. On today's agenda is something that has been effecting the board quite severely over the last few months.

We need to put in place some anti pooftah measures to not only protect our own interests but the integrity of this board. As stated in the memo that I provided you last week, we will tackling this issue in today's meeting. I hope we can come up with a logical solution and that can be implemented immediately.

Feel free to offer other suggestions to improve this board. However leave these to the end of the meeting.
