Changes in DNA are incredibly long-term, and it takes hundreds of years for any concrete change in society to occur from such a change.
Furthermore, women are indeed still acting like women and men are still acting like men.
The vast majority of nurses, teachers and social workers are still women.
And there are equivalent stats for men as well.
Both genders have jobs, roles and other things they just tend to gravitate towards and it would take thousands of years for the collective human psyche to shake off these habits we've developed over the last hundreds of thousands of years.
