2)if you get to pick a hotel, you can pick one in a neighbourhood like slaveikov or lazur. you'll be like a 15 minute walk away from the seaside and you won't need to pay seaside prices. and if you're looking for a place to have a walk in, go to the sea garden "morska gradina"
