Could you go into a bit more detail? does you chest feel tight, high heart rate etc? Might be stress related.

Yeah my chest is tight, I feel very lightheaded & like I'm gonna vomit or pass out or something. I can feel my heart palpitate every now and again and it's pretty fast.
I also can't feel my limbs very well and am extremely twitchy
