>>4311554>D-day and Stalingard I find both of those very interesting as well. I watched a documentary on D-day and Hitler thought that the americas were going to attack a different part of the Atlantic Wall, and when he found out that the americas had attacked Normandy he was boasting how they had expected it there the entire time.
Also, I think like 6 tank teams were waiting to support the defenders at Normandy because Hitler had placed an order that they could only be moved by his orders. When Normandy was attacked, no one wanted to wake up Hitler, and when he finally found out the news he was thrilled to showcase his German fighting superiority. He waited like another 12 hours before giving the order for that tank team to be moved lol.
Hitler was horrible at military strategizing and that was one of his biggest downfalls
>holocaust I think it was planned from the start, I've read online that he hated them because he felt that they had assisted in letting the allies win ww1. Do you think the 6 million was exaggerated though? That was like almost the entire Jewish population of the entire world at that time..
>KGBAlot of KGB members and Russian Oligarchy became prominent members of the Russian Mafia. The gulag is also something of interest
