Getting employed in America without certificates, diplomas and licenses is near impossible forcing many to fight like dogs over "entry level" positions which is in itself a meme. Entry level jobs now are requiring college degrees or years of experience so most the jobs you think you could get you can't for years to come then the requirements change.
