>>4345363>>4345483Literally the same thing happened to me like 6 weeks ago. In fact there was 2 before that, all in the span of 3 months. I was diagnosed with epilepsy after the second one. Waking up is weird. Not so much painful, but weird. The tongue is honestly the worst part. For me it takes a few weeks to fully heal up. I hope you heal up good, and I hope it doesn't happen again.
