Nature wise I like all of California except the Central Valley and the desert. Population centers ruin everything as you well know so SoCal and Bay Area aren't that great anymore. That leaves the north and central coasts, the sierras and the whole north that isn’t part of the valley

Actually, yeah, I should have included the coast as well, since it is beautiful. Honestly though, I just googled californias voting for the 2016 election, and just circled about where the red was. My logic being exactly what you said about population centers.

San Diego isn’t that bad. Haven’t really experienced/explores Orange County. But if you don’t mind a complete amerimex blended culture and a lot people then sd is pretty nice

There are many good people here but twice as many ungrateful degenerates who don’t appreciate what they have (this applies to all races if u wanna get /pol/ with this). The cities being the root of this. Small mountain towns I find the oddest bc they’re pretty much hillbilly tier towns in California, people I didn’t know existed in this state until a couple years ago

SoCal is very active in social type stuff so u might actually like them for that (I personally preffer nature/exploring oriented stuff with little socializing - so not my cup of tea). Central Valley is also popular for this kind of stuff bc of the smaller cities try to keep in touch with their past but bc they’re smaller town they don’t get very big. I’ve been to a small town in the delta that had a very 50s 60s feel but was pretty run down (south of Sacramento along hiway 160)
