I was at a hospital without a charger in that situation a week and a half ago and my fat ass didnt want to make the 6 mile round trip walk to the dollar store so I made the 3 mile drive to my grandma's house & back, at risk of losing my parking spot
Put machines up like this in hospitals and colleges and maybe even skate parks and they might make some dosh

Those are consumable items but things like headphones & chargers are so easily forgotten when someone's heading out the door
