Those laptops are absolute garbage btw, worked in a pc repair shop, remember we had about 5-6 Lenovos stuck on the splash screen. Can't really remember how we fixed it though

Probably conflicting drivers.

Did you install anything new recently? If you did, that's probably the issue. Use a different computer, download win 10 onto a USB stick, boot to it and attempt to fix it. If that doesn't work you can just reformat and keep all of your old files after you reinstall.

You're either going to have to restore an older copy or reformat. I'd do the latter, I don't know how that'd fail without you deleting your Sys32 folder.

Nah there's no way, Windows doesn't let you do anything to the system32 folder anymore. They pretty much lock it out even from the admin.

It's a core file though of the OS. It either got fucked up during an update or something else weird happened, like a virus.

What do you guys even do on that laptop? Or its version I see have 4GB ram DDR3 and a small SSD... but the cpu is a slow af Celeron variant.
Can it even play downloaded movies without lagging?

As soon as you see the rotating loading thing, press and hold the power button until it turns off

Repeat until you get "preparing automatic repair"

Then: Advanced options>Troubleshoot

Then:"Refresh this PC" if you want your shit not to be deleted, or if you don't care about your shit being deleted, choose "Reset this PC"

You either fucked up your Windows installation somehow, or your hard drive is dying/dead.
