>>4392851I agree a lot with these statements. It's especially interesting looking at things where my older brother is 21 right now, and I believe he is considered a millenial in that case. He embodies the major aspects of millenials and I embody gen z, and we were raised in the same house (mostly). Divorced parents, drama with one led to him only living in one house, then he kept moving away from his problems. I've worked extremely hard to just stay afloat and I'm running out of steam. I've changed my major interests probably 50+ times over the past three years, trying to find something that I can cling to for pursuing a career.
I'm even thinking that anything I may have to offer could be offered by someone better and less expensive withing SECONDS of any hiring I may get. Definitely stressful, so I kind of end up living in a state of such high stress, it's almost indistinguishable from not caring at all.
But hey, that's life!
