Sometimes, we consider suicide as being the only answer to our problems, without realizing how much power we actually have of our own minds. If you are feeling sad or stressed, keep in mind that you are not alone and it's possible to overcome you fears and problems; go out for a jog, meet up with some of your friends and give a tight hug to any person you love, may they be your parents, your lover, or your dog. Never forget that you are strong no matter what and you will come out of it even stronger, and those experiences, may they be good or bad, are just events that you will use as an example to your future children and loved ones. As you get older, you start to realize how puny most of your problems really where, so much that you may even laugh when thinking about them.
