Now it was declared that he was in the right.
Also, a few days ago, it was revealed that they wanted to get a model made and because of an "error" in Excel, they took the offer from a company that charged twice as much as the other one in the commission - then it was revealed that company would actually make the model as a subcontractor. They fired two bureaucrats that supposedly made the "mistake" but it's pretty clear what the truth is.
The project is very much necessary but the thieves will turn it into their biggest heist so far. We already went through that several times.
