I agree with using Metric for just about everything, but I prefer my Fahrenheit temperature scale, since it's a simple 0-100 scale of the lower and upper limits of the human body's capability of dealing with external temperature. Celsius is some arbitrary -15 - 35 scale, which may work well in labs and science applications but is not intuitive for approximating the severity of temperature on the human body.
