A story from my beautiful school years

>Be me, 10
>at school
>sitting in class
>P.A system goes off
>principle says that a lockdown drill is going to begin in 5 minutes

If you dont know what a lockdown is, its when everyone turns off the lights and hides in the corner of the classroom. In case of a school shooter or somthing.

>alarm goes off notifying everyone that the drill had begun
>sitting in the corner of the classroom
>room is silent
>Suddenly we hear a loud fart
>all of us laugh
>teacher tells us to quiet down
>drill is over
>teacher is mad
>wants to know who farted
>says that if the person who farted were to come forward, only they would be in trouble
>no one confesses
>teacher says that if no one were to own up, everyone will have to stay at school for an extra 30 minuets for 2 weeks
>still nobody says anything
>teacher sighs and keeps us all at school for 30 minutes for the next 2 weeks
>mfw im the one who farted
>mfw i ruined 2 weeks of my classmates lives
