life is suffering, so try and not feel so bad:)
as for right now, idk watch some shitty netflix, jack off or do something creative. write a fictitious letter, draw or whatever. you could even do something productive, and steadily clean some shit.
i know you probably don't feel like doing any of these things, but sometimes i think you need to force yourself to get "motivated".
not saying that you should spring out of your chair this very moment and put a smile on your face, i don't know about down where you're at, but it's 4:23 here and too late for any of that imo.
just know that, sooner or later you'll figure out what you want and/or how to achieve it.
and then you'll feel better.
i hope it happens sooner rather than later.
