The thing is, being nice is not only about changing your vocabulary to, what I am assuming is a less offensive set of words. What good saying "Frick off" brings, if we all do know best what is it replacing? Of course, polite people do word themselves differently, yet it is not means of becoming kind, rather, an outcome of aforementioned. Certainly they generally won't tell anybody to "Fuck off", however, it is not because of usage of a swear word, but a harmful intent itself. Truly nice person is not going to use any alternatives to hurtful words, as they are not going to formulate any phrases that would need such in the first place. The Dane isn't, nor is he even pretending to be nice, only thing he does is stylizing his posts, so that they seem nice. If the former was the case, I doubt he would blatantly call anyone rude just like that. Because that is a fairly impolite action. No matter the wording.
Please, do not let what I wrote here be considered an accusation. I'd rather you treat it as an... explanation of sorts.
