Interacting with other is the same as learning some ability....like riding a bike or some shit, your problem is that your family never teach you how to ride the bike so you are behind in skill level.
Just practice until you get the idea in how to do it, it doesnt matter with how many people you fuck up.
Getting a job or a hobby that force you and other to interact sounds a great (Idk, practice martial arts (wich is the thing that I did), joing a group of tabletop rpg (this is actually pretty good way to start, lots of autist introvert creates communities and shit) or any other club/activity/whatever that forces others to interact with you).
Get people, interact with them and eventually you will.know what you are doing.......or kill yourself.
