Many of them aren’t even gay either, they just do it because it gets them attention, whether it be from anons telling them to stop, or other gayposters pretending to flirt with them. When you see a gaypost you are seeing a text based representation of that one kid you knew who would accept any form of attention so long as they felt attended to. When you tell them to stop, they convince themselves that you’re taking the internet too seriously, rather than accepting the reality that no sane person wants to relive the same cycle or see the same tired post over and over. They don’t accept that, in principal, they are being essentially the same cancer that killed /b/. They shift the goalpost off of their behavior, and delude themselves into thinking that they’re funny because they think you’re mad, when in reality you just want something new and interesting.
