You can do so many interesting things in these games with so many different builds you can run.
Played through the first one 4 times the first year that I owned it and I still hadn't come close to experiencing everything the game had to offer.
You can spend dozens of hours on a single playthrough or minutes (if you know how to speed run)
In the second game you can get the most powerful armour and weaponry at level 1 if you know what you're doing.
If you to any degree enjoy RPGs then you should absolutely play them.
