For Jews he was considered bad since 1930
For the majority of the world he is considered bad.
Sure he did some bad shit but cmon, we all aren't perfect. He had his flaws, and he made some bad decisions, but that just helped illustrate that he was human. Alot of people looked to him as a God, and I can see why.
