So many memories of playing the wrath of the lich king expansion as a wee lad came rushing in.
I don't think i have been as geniunely overwhelmed and entranced by a video game as i have been by world of warcraft back in the day.
everything looked so charming to me, every area looked so unique, the amount of possibilities were astonishing, I loved the scenery and the smaller offshoot areas you would discover that were brimming with detail that you would discover just by walking around and how the soundtrack would subtly moving between areas and how the climate would change between the grassy and snowy biomes and meeting frost Vrykuls for the first time and thinking they were the coolest shit.
i think i'm tearing up a bit.
