I have actually thought about this.
In my opinion, the art would look like "anime."
Reasoning:
Anime characters are living in their world, that we see as 2D. To them, it is the real world, which would 3D dimensions. I know. 2D > 3D, bear with me.
The art that is depicted in Anime is how the people in the Anime would draw Anime, we can say this because Anime is Japanese cartoons about Japanese people. So any Anime Character drawing people or animals or whatever, is still just Anime.
