Step 5: create protections for the ecosystem, including wildlife sanctuaries, bans on foreign animals, and limit the expansion of urbanization to ensure it does not encroach very far into the jungles
Step 6: encourage tourism and become the face of Africa, enlarge the military and navy to become a major player in Africa and the Indian Sea, intervening in continental African and Middle Eastern affairs
Step 7: ban islam
Step 8: ban socialism
Step 9: Promote local cultures and a strong national identity that ties itself to liberty and the culture of the island
It would be a place of freedoms with limits to ensure that it stays economically versatile and to ensure that said economy does not destroy the invaluable ecosystem of the island.
It would also be a better UK, and potentially become as influential as Japan on the world stage.
