why is this word so funny but also "offensive"
for starters, it implies that the person being called a nigger is inferior. so essentially, nigger = inferior, and the person calling someone else a nigger is claiming he is superior. and that is why it is "offensive" to people, because they are the ones who side with the inferior, and believe in equality so that they and their inferior kind can be elevated through artificial means (since they have no ability to become superior on their own).
