Basically, If I was a high ranking government dude I'd start a new program where we buy unwanted babies or make genetically more masculine kids and train them to be huge juicy sluts. Brainwash them from day 1 to believe it's their public duty to be huge and sexually severe the public. at 18 they'd be released into the world to live their lives of pumping iron, eating big, and letting anyone and everyone fuck them. They'd receive special government housing and funding, and could pursue their own lives and interests, but would be ready to strip and suck dick in public without feeling any shame.
