Simply roll your ID, and the digits stated above the country's flag in there will be the country you stay in for a whole year. If you get a flag with dubs, you will also get to take a waifu/family member/pet/celebrity/friend of your choice. Only one, though. You will still be able to go on 4chan with these, in the event you get a rare flag.

Remember, dubs allow you to take a family member, friend or waifu. If you roll the country you're in right now, reroll. If you get 98's flag, you will become very greedy and grow a huge nose.
