Actually I worked as an English teacher at a local school.
The job itself was enjoyable but I was exhausted everyday.
I'm not a hikki but just going outside is demanding for me.

Maybe you're just going through a burn-out. My job is very mentally demanding and there are a lot of deadlines, so I burn out every couple of months and have to take medication. It usually takes a few days to recover but I'm fully functional again.
