A stand which has the form of a medieval plague doctor but instead of arms, it has wings and instead of the usual beak on its mask, it has an actual crow beak. stand appears as a robot-like being similar in appearance to simon. it has several speakers embeded in its body and can project music out of it. anyone that hears it falls under I'm Blue has the ability to manipulate the emotions and actions of the people hearing it. this can be used to boost allies morale as well

Cockeyes is a lad from down under with a great distaste for pooftahs and their fag behaviour. His stand appears as a giant bipedal croc who has an electric chair head-strap wrapped around his skull while telephone wires are wrapped around his whole body.
