No. America is doomed to fail. I don't hate the idea or spirit of America, though, but it's a conglomeration of people who only share a language and nothing else - not culture, not background, not political ideas, not food, nothing. Heck, tons of us - even those born in America - can't even necessarily speak the language that we supposedly all share.
The nation will be divided up between cultural lines within 100 years. That's if we go through a dictatorship period. If it simply splinters under its own weight or through diplomatic means then it will happen in less than 50, and like it or not, that will be for the better.
