As a PMC, you either guard an oil well that's not in immediate danger, or you guard one where no one wants to be officially. In the former case, your contract will be boring and short. In the latter case, you'll have to figure out everything on your own.
You get no support. No CAS, ToT strikes, reinforcements, MEDEVAC. If you die, you don't even get a burial.
As a PMC, you get all the shit of being a soldier, and no benefits. If you fuck up, the concerned countries and your employer will not distance themselves from you, they'll pretend you don't exist. That you never existed.
In your job as a PMC contractor, you'll be working in the deepest African or Asian shithole, dealing with pissed locals, shady arms dealers from Eastern Europe, the occasional western humanitarian worker, and loads and loads of subhuman conduct.
As your contract nears its end, you're probably going to end up being assigned to some VERY stupid mission
