I want to report a crime in America.
My 17 year old sister returned from a student exchange trip to America, and she said the host family took her to a shooting range to fire some sort of gun or rifle. I'm in Germany btw.

This must be against some kind of law, right? Imagine we're not from Germany, but instead some third world country like Russia or Syria, and the immigrant arrives in America, and is just given a gun to shoot with, just like that. This is not okay. They shouldn't do that.
