What I do is go for a walk. You shouldn't stay in your room or you won't get to sleep. Go a little walk and try again or tomorrow will be a right off. Otherwise you could just take it easy tomorrow and get an early night. I'm going to sleep now though.

Good night, thanks for the advice. My sleeping schedule has been pretty difficult but I think I've accepted my fate and I'll try to just get myself busy tomorrow and not sleep during the day.

try to read a book. make sure you dim the lights tho. youll gradually start feeling sleepy soon. if you want you can also put very calm music thatll lower your heart rate (ex weightless - marconi union). i hope you fall asleep anon. sweet dreams
