Take a good boxer and a chick of the same weight. The boxer has never done any grappling and has never seen a sprawl in his life. The chick is a good judo/wrestling and bjj fighter.
Who wins? Before you're going "hurrr 1 punch ko!", if you ever watched early mma, you know the bower basically gets one chance before being submitted.

Frankly I think the chick wins. Of course mayweather isn't a retard and would learn how to sprawl and general takedown defense.
