My HTPC is running good Windows 10 like my desktop, and you open steam on it, it shows that my desktop is also online and on the same network, then I select a game and click Stream and it opens the game. Big picture mode doesn't open at all and alt tabbing out just takes me to the HTPC desktop not my main rig desktop. I guess the steam link machine works completely differently.
