And just because they're on OK terms with them doesn't mean they aren't ensuring their preparedness in case those relationships go sour
It's not about whether or not it's important or whether they need it, it's the fact that Mongolia is still, 100% a puppet state of China. There's not really anything else in my side of this discussion, though. They just have it as a puppet state, that's all.
