Fuck those bars and whatever else there is, sitting around and inviting strangers to eat and drink with us seems so much more fun.
How is police handling it? I've read it's not too heavy in the surrounding areas of tourism if you don't make a lot of fuss and behave.
We're going to land in Riga for a couple of days and wanted to do what I just described. Sit around, drink, eat and invite some people to join us. But not in some shitty bar or club,

Were can we do that around Riga? Is it even possible as a tourist without being thrown into a slammer/bribes? Will people join us for drinks or just stab us?
