It's not so much about there age as it is the parenting, yeah maybe at 6 you shouldn't be playing with a mechette, any kid would do that at 6 if there was nobody around to stop them, the fact that the parents let them is beyond me. When a child proves they're smart enough to handle a weapon and can be taught accordingly then I say go for it. Just because one video of an American family pops up doesn't mean it's only an American problem, besides, you guys are extremely sheltered and couldn't imagine having a gun to defend yourself.
