Following a sharp increase in hot water attacks Londons' chief vizzir Sadik Khan has decreated that :
>Hot water possess a grave hazard for public safety
>Its distribution and production must therefore be regulated and reserved to trained professionals.
>Boilers and Thermos sale will be prohibited to anyone but licences holders.
