I saw some thread yesterday about how drinking Soylent makes you weak and unable to even unscrew the cap without damage to yourself or to the bottle sleeve or without the aid of a tool. I am here to prove that you can drink Soylent and retain strength.
The trick is to treat Soylent as a meal compliment (i.e. w/ breakfast), and not use it as a meal replacement, especially not a replacement for every meal in the day.
If there are any other Soylent drinkers on this bird, please share your experiences. I have been drinking Soylent every weekday for the past 4 months and feel better than ever.
