You are in for some real fun. The treatment for this is to cut a drain, usually packed with gauze to absorb all the pus and fluid that leaks out. Every day or two you'll have to have the gauze changed, which usually means a female nurse hauling a few yards of pus drenched gauze out of your ass pimple, then shoving more back in.

This goes on for weeks.

Do you sit on hard chairs? Do you drive a lot? Those might contribute but I think some people are just more prone to them. My ass is really hairy and I don't shower every day so I think that had something to do with mine.

I'm also going to add that you have nothing to worry about, OP. I got my dick looked at by a lot of doctors when I injured it. They had to feel around for an injury beneath the skin.
I also had epididymitis, so I had doctors squeeze my balls feeling for swelling. It's really not that bad. Just remember, they've seen TONS of asses and it's very unlikely that your ass is anywhere near the worst that they've seen.

I feel genuinely sorry for you OP. I have a good friend that has to deal with these. He had it come back multiple times in the same spot too, so be prepared for that.
