If you're overweight, have only one or two meals per day, and only drink water otherwise. Eventually the feeling of being hungry won't feel so severe and it won't bother you. It'll be a lot harder to be overweight if you aren't eating more than twice per day. I only have breakfast and dinner, I eat a lot of cheese, eggs, drink milk, cook with butter, and although I eat a lot of vegetables and beans and stuff too, my weight pretty much stays the same and I'm not overweight.
