I mean it makes sense when you look back at early humanity's social hierarchy.
Women needed to efficiently raise children and occasional gather/prepare food; activities that aren't very long term in general.
Men naturally took control of human social structures because they took on the more physically enduring tasks at hand.
Men were expected to:

Only way to stop porn is to reverse the course of the primary culture and replace it with something more wholesome.
