The hate zone is just the county of Cluj which is the most annoying, they think they're the most important region and they suck so bad. They have a superiority attitude and they like to complain a lot. The red centered zone is because of hungarians. I don't hate hungarians but I do hate the hungarians from here because they are annoying as fuck.
