RULE FOR STARTERS: 1 short range nuke for everyone joining. This works only on your tiles, you can destroy 10 of them in a circular area. That wont remove the bonus, it is to be used strategically to cut off ways to reach your areas but watch out, it means it takes less to the enemy to conquer that area since some tiles are deleted
