>>4927140 describes them, running/biking a few kilometers once a week won't cut it if you really want to be fit, first of all, to be fit healthy, eating good healthy food is way more important than working out in my opinion and the workout has to be at least semi-serious and not some weak-ass, uncoordinated shit.
Also most people do this stuff in groups so they can find the motivation for it, which is the wrong approach in my opinion, I started working out and quit several times taking this or a similar approach, the final time when it actually worked, I approached it with the mindset that I am going to do this for the entire rest of my life, stuff like this will never stick if you aren't able to do it on your own and during almost any weather condition.
