How likely would any socially-inclined Korean dude be to dress/behave like this in any capacity? Would I have any chance of running into someone like this if I just washed up in South Korea one day, or is it just a quirky pop-star aesthetic that's otherwise foreign to the culture?

Basically would I have any chance in hell of finding a kpop-style dude if I just flew into SK some day on a whim?
