Migraines run in my family so yes :<

But if you have had nose bleeds and now sudden headaches, I'd go see a doctor, it could be high blood pressure or something. Any other symptoms?

Talk about it to your doctor first. Headaches can come from a whole lot of things, like high blood pressure or dehydration like I said, but also neck muscle strain, tired eyes or tooth problems.
There's really no way of knowing however, even for a professional: in most people, recurring migraines have no apparent cause. but just because it happens once doesn't mean it will happen often.
