Betty stopped talking to me because of the deployment. She can't handle me being gone all the time. I'll be okay though I've got Cornall and Johnson to keep me company. They're a right proper couple of pals. We're going to the front tomorrow so say a prayer for me. I'll be praying for you from my bunk every night. Give dad the money in this letter.
