Do you polacks have any food specific to your state/country you enjoy?

I'm eating a 5 dollar take out pepperoni pizza. Its from Little Ceasars Pizza and they make them in advanced non stop so they're always hot and ready for you when you come and you don't even have to wait. Its really delicious. We call this a "Hot Carl" here in Colorado.
